Christopher Laye

Chris Laye is the President of Prime Property Lending and a senior Mortgage Loan Originator. He has extensive experience in dealing with first-time homebuyers, Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage loans. In addition to his experience with standard loan products, he specializes in DSCR, Fix & Flip, and Bridge loans. Chris graduated from Auburn University, where he played football, earned a marketing degree and believes in a problem-solution mindset. He resides in Roswell, Georgia where he enjoys getting outdoors, playing with his Australian Shepherd, and spending time with family and friends.
